基于流变理论的高层密集建筑群最佳建筑容积率

         

摘要

基于地基土的流变性质,运用FLAC3D软件建立密集高层建筑群地面沉降模型,考察不同建筑容积率条件下桩筏基础中桩基受力变化及区域地面沉降规律等.模拟结果表明:与单栋建筑物情况相比,桩筏基础中各桩的力学性质均受其他建筑物的影响,各桩位置的差异造成各桩身应力叠加效应和桩侧摩阻力的差异;密集建筑群的最大影响范围随建筑层数的增加而增大,最大沉降处仍为建筑物自身;在控制地面沉降的条件下,最佳建筑容积率的取值范围为0.7~1.2.%Based on the ideological properties of foundation soils, the land subsidence model of intensive high-rise buildings was established by FLAC30 software to study the pile force changes in the pile-raft foundation and regional land subsidence at different floor area ratios. The simulation results show that compared to the single building, piles mechanical properties are influenced by the other buildings, and the differences of piles stacked press and skin friction of piles are caused by the location of piles. The maximum influence scope of intensive buildings increases with the increase of the number of layers, and the building settlement is still the largest. In the condition of land subsidence controlled, the best building floor area ratio is 0.7-1.2.
