湖南湘阴东湖水体生态流量及换水周期计算方法

摘要

根据湖南省湘阴县东湖水体存在的危机,探讨水体生态流量及交换周期的内涵和意义,结合湘阴县河湖连通工程规划对原有广泛使用的生态流量及水体交换公式进行论证,在此基础上建立基于水质、水量联合调度的生态流量及水体交换周期计算公式,并对其在湘阴县河湖水体连通工程中进行应用验证.验证结果表明,新的生态流量及水体交换周期计算公式可以把握不同水体拟定的水质目标及规划纳污总量,计算结果更精确合理反映了水资源质量和总量的更新能力及水体特性,为建立可持续利用的区域水资源供水系统及其管理提供了科学依据.%Based on water quality, water flow and regular water exchange cycle, water ecological flow and exchange formula was built. Then it was used to test the Dong lake in Xiangyin county, Hunan province. Test results show that the new ecological flow and water exchange cycle, the formula can be prepared to grasp the different water quality objectives and planning the total pollutant, the results have more accurate and a reasonably reflect the quality of water resources and updates the total capacity and water features, for the sustainable use and management of regional water supply system and provide a scientific basis than the original.
