CRTⅢ板式无砟轨道高铁底座板混凝土整平机的研制

         

摘要

在CRTⅠ和CRTⅡ无砟轨道高速铁路技术中无砟轨道钢筋混凝土底座板需先在制梁场制好,运送到工地再进行安装.然后经铣刨机进行表面处理才能达到设计要求.这种施工过程既费时又成本高.而CRT Ⅲ型无砟轨道技术中钢筋混凝土底座板是在工地现场的路基上直接制做,用料节省、施工便捷、施工工效相对提高,造价相对降低.但其面层需要相应的整平机来对其进行整平提浆以满足高平整度的要求.为满足此需求,研制了轨道底座板混凝土面层整平提浆专用的框架式混凝土整平机.经过现场实际运用检验,工作效率高,使用效果良好.%With the CRT Ⅰ and CRT Ⅱ ballastless high-speed railway technology, the base plate of concrete have been made at the factory, and then transported to site for installation. The surface was milled with milling machine to meet the design requirements. However, this process wastes time and money. With the CRT Ⅱ ballastless track technology, the base plate of concrete has been made on the sub-grade. This improved process can save materials, time, and lower cost. But the surface of the base plate required high flatness, so required special paver. To meet this demand, the frame concrete paver for the surface leveling and pulping of the based plate was developed. After applying to the practical production, it showed a high efficiency and with favorable result.
