新农村的环境改造应以现存的环境特征为立足点，以改善村庄生态环境为基本原则，根据自身环境特点和产业发展方向，在建设改造资金有限的情况下，经过仔细调查和分析，充分利用本土资源，挑选典型的村庄公共空间和私人空间进行有限改造，通过模板示范，分步实施，提升环境改造的可实施性和可持续性，营造具有特色的乡土环境景观，为新农村的环境改造提供新的思路和方法。%Environmental reformation of new rural should take the existing environmental features as the foothold and the improvement of the ecological environment of the village as the basic principle. The new countryside construction’s industrial development direction should be determined according to their environmental characteristics. The engineering should be implemented by taking into account limited construction and retrofit funding and making full use of local resources. The improved villages’ public space and private space construction should refer to the models of“Beautiful China”new countryside construction and be rebuilt step by step. Thus the feasibility and sustainability of environmental reformation can be achieved. The ideas and methods suit to rebuild distinctive local landscape for new rural environment improvement.
