对洋山港航道浮游动物进行季节变化调查. 结果显示,浮游动物密度呈夏季最高,春、秋季次之,冬季最低,且春季生物密度较秋季稍高. 优势种共发现有6种,其中四刺窄腹剑水蚤( Limnoithona tetraspina)为全年优势种,且在冬季优势最强,优势度为0. 48,夏季最弱,优势度为0. 04. 克氏纺锤水蚤(Acartia clausi)为春、秋、冬季优势种,太平洋纺锤水蚤(Acartia pacifica)为夏季和秋季的优势种,针刺拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus aculeatus)为夏、秋、冬季优势种,帚毛虫( Sabellaria)仅为春季优势种,小拟哲水蚤( Paracalanus parvus)为秋季优势种. 针刺唇角水蚤( Labi-bocera euchaeta)已不再是优势种,洋山港受人为影响严重.%A zooplankton seasonal variation investigation was made in Yangshan Port channel. Zooplankton density was the highest in summer. Spring biological density was fall slightly higher. There were 6 dominant species in result. One of the species Limnoithona tetraspina was the dominant species throughout the year. And it was the most obvious in winter( Y=0. 48), the least obvious in summer(Y=0. 04). The Acartia clausi was the dominant species in spring, autumn and winter. The Acartia pacifica was the dominant species in summer and autumn. The Paracalanus aculeatus was the domi-nant species in summer, autumn and winter. The Sabellaria was the only dominant species in spring. And the Paracala-nus parvus was the only dominant species in autumn. However, the Labibocera euchaeta was not the dominant species any-more. So Yangshan port was affected by human.
