桔梗水浸提液对3种作物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

桔梗在生产中连作会大幅减产. 为探明其适宜的轮作作物,研究了桔梗地上部与根部不同浓度水浸液对小麦、萝卜和黄豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响. 测定了种子萌发(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、相对活力指数)、幼苗生长(苗高、根长)与生物量(苗地上部与根部鲜重)等指标. 结果表明,两类浸提液对3种作物种子均表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的效应,且根部浸液的作用效果强于地上部浸液;3种幼苗均表现为根部比地上部对浸提液的反应更敏感;通过综合效应指标对比本试验的3种作物,萝卜更适宜与桔梗轮作.%In Platycodon grandiflorum production, continuous cropping results in a considerable reduction of crop yield. In order to find out the proper crop rotation of P. grandiflorum, aqueous extracts of different concentrations of P. grandiflorum were prepared. The effects of those extracts on Glycine max, Triticum aestivum and Raphanus sativus seed germination and seedling growth were studied. The germination indexes ( germination rate, germination potential, germination index and relative vigor index) , growth indexes ( seed-ling height and root length) and biomass ( shoot and root fresh weight) were measured. The results showed that the effects of two ex-tracts on the three seeds showed the inhibition with a low concentration, and the promotion with high concentration. The root extract effect was stronger than the shoot extracts. The responses of three seedlings roots' on the two extracts were more sensitive than the shoots'. The comprehensive effect indexes of the three crops indicated that radish is more suitable to P. grandiflorum rotation cropping.
