论新疆农牧区思想政治教育长效机制的构建

摘要

Compared with the rural areas of Chinese inland or other ethnic districts ,the agricultural and pastoral areas in Xinjiang province have unique and distinctive characteristics .Nowadays ,the prioritized and arduous task of ideological and political education in these areas of Xinjiang lies in anti-secession and reversing osmosis in the ideological sphere ,boycotting illegal religious activities ,and building a new socialist village in our country . T herefore ,the establishment of long-term mechanism of ideological and political education enjoys far-reaching significances in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Xinjiang .In order to strengthen the ideological and political education and to enhance its pragmaticality in the agricultural and pastoral areas ,this paper proposes that long-term mechanisms should be established from five perspectives ,namely ,organization and administration ,innova-tion ,guarantee ,early warning ,and assessment .%与内地或其他民族地区农村相比，新疆农牧区有着自身鲜明的特点。当前新疆农牧区思想政治教育面临着意识形态领域反分裂反渗透、抵制非法宗教活动与社会建设领域社会主义新农村建设并存的艰巨任务和挑战，因此，积极构建新疆农牧区思想政治教育长效机制意义深远。应该从组织领导机制、创新机制、保障机制、预警机制和评估机制等方面构建新疆农牧区思想政治教育的长效机制，以加强和改进农牧区思想政治教育，提高思想政治教育的实效性。
