数字全息技术中双 CCD 镜像重叠位置的调节与标定

         

摘要

The development and application of digital holography has been greatly limited by the insufficient pixel numbers and dynamic range of charge coupled device (CCD) .To solve this problem ,an arrangement scheme of dual‐CCD's mirroring overlapping position was put for‐ward ,based on the information fusion technology . Firstly , the interference image of two spherical waves was used to adjust the dual‐CCD's mirroring overlapping position ,and the fea‐sibility of this method was proved .Then in the experiment ,the dual‐CCD's position was ad‐justed in real time by using the off‐axis interferometry of spherical w ave and plane w ave ,and the digital interference technology .Finally ,the calibration parameters of the dual‐CCD's mir‐roring overlapping position were given by using the computer digital image processing technol‐ogy .The experimental results show that ,the dual‐CCD's mirroring overlapping position can be precisely adjusted and calibrated by this method ,and the error is only 14 μm .%CCD像素数和动态范围的不足极大地限制了数字全息技术的发展与应用,针对这一问题提出基于信息融合的双CCD镜像重叠布置方案。该方案首先给出了利用2个球面波干涉的方法来判断2个CCD的空间相对位置,并证明了该方法的可行性。然后在实验中利用球面波与平面波进行离轴干涉并结合数字干涉技术来实时地调节2个CCD的位置,使其相对位置初步达到镜像重叠。最后再利用计算机数字图像处理技术进行更加精确的标定,得出2个CCD之间镜像重叠位置的标定参数。实验结果表明,利用上述方法能够较精确地调节和标定2个CCD的相对镜像重叠位置,其误差仅为14μm。
