单盐胁迫对高羊茅和黑麦草种子萌发的影响

摘要

以高羊茅和多花黑麦草为研究对象,在9种浓度梯度的盐胁迫下,观察高羊茅和黑麦草在萌发期间的生长情况.采用双因素方差分析和多重比较方法分析2种牧草的发芽率和根芽长等指标.结果表明,在盐胁迫下,黑麦草的耐盐性比高羊茅好,更适宜在盐碱地上推广种植.%With Lolium perenn and Perennial ryegrass as study object,under salt stress in nine different concentration conditions,their germination and growth were observed.The germination rate and shoot length of the two forage seeds were analyzed based on variance analysis and multiple comparisons.As it turned out,the Perennial ryegrass had stronger salt-tolerance than Lolium perenn,so Perennial ryegrass was suitable to be grown in saline soil.
