评俄罗斯三位总统的教育政策与改革特征

摘要

Russian Federation has undergone three presidents and five governments ever since its independence. This paper, taking the term of office of three presidents, who are Yeltsin, Putin and Medvedev, as the analytic unit, reviews the main changes of national education during the period of time. The summary and comparison given by the article can help to understand the evolution of changes and reform in education in the new Russia, and therefore to clarify the orientation of national education policies and the trend of education reform in the second decade of the 21st century.%俄罗斯独立至今历经了三位总统、五届政府。本文以叶利钦、普京、梅德韦杰夫三位总统的任期为分析单元，考察其间国民教育的主要变化。所进行的梳理和对比，有助于把握新俄罗斯教育变革的整体脉络，明辨21世纪第二个10年中其国家教育政策的取向及改革趋势。
