In order to achieve this dream, we should build the same school. Network of schools is the education institution without administrative intervention basically, nor the color of ranks, which is conducive to horizontal communica- tion between schools, and promoting educational reform and innovation. The innovation of educational theory plays the leading role in education system reform. Education reform political decisions made by the power sector to carry out planned changes to the whole education system or certain part of it based on the need of future development of society or a political philosophy. Our century should be the century of educational innovation and reform, education should be committed to building a better future prospects of educational success.
