专利制度发展阶段及其特点试析

摘要

专利制度的发展经历了不同的发展阶段，各发展阶段均有不同的趋势和特点，反映了各个阶段经济发展水平的变化。结合现阶段专利制度发展呈现出的一些新趋势和新特点，对我国专利制度的发展与变革进行一些有益的探讨。%The development of the patent system has experienced different stages of development, and the various stages of development have different trends and characteristics, relfecting the changes in the level of economic development in various stages. In this paper, combined with some new trends and characteristics of the development of patent system at the present stage, some beneifcial discussions are conducted on the development and reform of China's patent system.
