互联网电视著作权侵权问题研究

摘要

There are lots of copyright infringement risks and disputes in the development of Internet TV, involving important issues like the types and models of copyright infringement of Internet TV, conifrmation of copyright infringement, and the status of different stakeholders in copyright infringement disputes, especially the Internet equipment producers and playback software providers. Discussion on these issues will help promote the study of the legal protection of Internet TV to provide legal defense mechanism for the development of China’s Internet TV, and to promote the development of China’s new media industry as well.%互联网电视的发展产生了诸多著作权侵权风险和纠纷，涉及互联网电视著作权侵权类型、模式，著作权侵权的认定，以及不同利益主体，尤其是互联网设备生产销售者与播放软件生产销售者，在著作权侵权纠纷中所处的地位等重要问题。探讨这些问题，有利于推动我国互联网电视法律保护问题研究，为我国互联网电视发展提供法律防范机制，促进我国新传媒产业的发展，丰富人们的文化生活。
