无模板-自组装法制备多孔二氧化钛工艺研究

         

摘要

The porous titanium dioxide was prepared by a template-free self-assembly route.By changing the synthesis temperature and time,the optimal synthesis process was explored.The structure and properties of porous titanium dioxide were characterized by XRD,FT-IF,BET,TEM,and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that it was feasible to synthesize porous titanium dioxide by synthesis of intermediate,titanium glycolate.The porous titanium dioxide which was prepared by the titanium glycolate under the synthesis conditions of 175 ℃ and 4 h had excellent photocatalytic properties and sedimentation properties;The micro morphology was nano-sized scale holes distributed on the micro-level rods,which were not the stacking porous,and the specific surface area was 92.348 m2/g,and average pore diameter was 4.887 nm.%采用无模板自组装法制备多孔二氧化钛,通过改变合成温度和时间探索最优的合成工艺.采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见光光谱、比表面积和孔结构测试、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱分析等表征手段表征其结构与性能.结果表明:通过合成中间体乙二醇钛进而制备多孔二氧化钛的工艺可行;合成温度为175℃、时间为4h,制备的多孔二氧化钛微观形貌为微米棒状上分布纳米级的孔,这种纳米级的孔不是通过堆垛形成,其比表面积为92.348 m2/g,平均孔径为4.887 nm,具有优异的光催化性能和沉降性能.
