Through the process of regulation of pH,filtration,concentration,and crystallization,industrial mother liquor of ammonium phosphate realized its recycling and resource utilization.The influences on the preparation of industrial monoammonium phosphate were studied from the reaction temperature,pH,relative density of concentration,crystallization temperature,and crystallization time etc.,respectively.The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and its contents of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen were also measured.The research results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature was 80 ℃,pH was 4.1,relative density of concentration was 1.38,crystallization temperature was 20 ℃,and crystallization time was 60 min.Contents of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen in crystals of monoammonium phosphate reached both the class Ⅰ standard of industrial monoammonium phosphate.%通过对工业磷铵母液进行反调pH反应、过滤、浓缩和结晶等过程,实现磷铵循环利用.以工业磷铵母液为原料,分别从反应温度、pH、浓缩相对密度、结晶温度、结晶时间等因素探究对制备工业磷酸一铵的影响.通过X射线衍射(XRD)对产品进行表征,同时测定产品的五氧化二磷和氮含量.结果表明其最优的工艺条件:反应温度为80℃、pH为4.1、浓缩相对密度为1.38、结晶温度为20℃、结晶时间为60 min.此条件下,五氧化二磷和氮含量都符合工业磷酸一铵Ⅰ类标准.
