将磷酸与具有强络合能力的含磷物质A按不同比例配制成总磷质量分数为2%的钼镍磷浸渍液,然后采用等体积浸渍法制备出5种不同磷类型的催化剂,并通过XRD、HRTEM、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD等对其进行表征,发现含磷物质A可以减少催化剂活性组分与载体间作用力,形成比磷酸制备的催化剂更多的堆垛层数及长度,有利于加氢性能的提高.但含磷物质A对催化剂载体酸性的影响较小,不会形成更多的中强酸性位.因此将两者优势结合,当含磷物质A与磷酸物质的量比为1∶4时,加氢催化剂表现出更好的加氢脱硫(HDS)、加氢脱氮(HDN)活性.%The Mo-Ni-P liquid with total phosphorus mass fraction of 2% was prepared according to different ratios of phosphoric acid and phosphorus containing complexing agent A,and then five different phosphorous types of catalysts were prepared by equi-volumetic impregnation.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,HRTEM,H2-TPR,and NH3-TPD,and found that the phosphorus containing complexing agent A could decrease the reaction force between the metal and the carrier,and form more stacking layers and stacking length than the catalyst prepared by phosphoric acid,which was useful to improve the performance of the catalyst.But the effect of phosphorus containing complexing agent A on the moderate acid of carrier was smaller than the phosphoric acid and no more strong acidic sites will be formed.So when the amount-of-substance ratio of phosphorus containing complexing agent A and phosphoric acid was 1∶4,the HDS and HDN activities of the catalyst were better.
