In order to understand the influence of small faults in overburden, as the background, theoretical analysis and simulation based on the analysis of the mechanical fault, the footwall failure mechanism, simulation of the mining face advancing process interruption mobile layer overlying the instability process.The results show that due to the existence of small faults, resulting in roof caving "bench";the first hanging wall of the fault block caving triangle formation, sinking to the goaf of rotary, the impact on the footwall;fault plane experienced opening and re closing process;near the footwall section to produce stress concentration the phenomenon, cause of roof breakage is serious, prone to accidents.%为了深入了解小断层对覆岩移动的影响,以某矿为背景,基于理论分析和相似模拟,分析了断层上、下盘的力学破坏机理,模拟了采面推进过程中断层覆岩的移动失稳过程.结果表明:由于小断层的存在,导致工作面顶板出现"台阶"式垮落;断层上盘第一次垮落形成三角形块体,向采空区旋转式下沉,对下盘产生冲击;断层面经历了张开和重新闭合的过程;断层下盘断面附近产生应力集中的现象,导致工作面顶板破碎严重,易发生冒顶事故.
