智能代理技术及其对图书情报工作的影响

摘要

Some problems arising in the development process of Internet, such as information overload, information jam, etc., are pointed out. For the purpose of solving these problems, a new technology in the field of Artificial Intelligence——Intelligent Agent is presented, including its definition, character and function. Finally, the author expounds the Intelligent Agent's influence on information service in libraries and information institutes.
