图书馆规章制度创新的认识与思考

摘要

The necessity of innovation of libraries'' rules and regulations in modem information technology environment is analyzed. The basic contents of innovation of libraries'' rules and regulations are discussed in the aspects such as innovation in procedures, innovation in contents and innovation in implementations. Some relationships that should be properly dealt with are also proposed.
