构筑信息服务保障体系思实录

摘要

Combining theory with practice and proceeding from operability, this paper puts forward 7 principles of con-structing the information service guarantee system, that is, engineering, capability, mutual service, service advantages,Web-besed information, overall coordination and sustained perfection. Meanwhile, the paper poirts out that, in the con-stmcfion and operation of the information service guarantee system, the interrelationship of key elements is more important than the constitution of key elements, and the construction of the system is more important than the application of technology.
