基于2010年度《复印报刊资料》转载论文的同行评分数据,主要采用均值差异显著性检验方法,探讨基金资助对人文社会科学各学科论文质量的影响。结果显示：基金资助对实证类学科论文质量的影响,大于对思辨类学科的影响;并非有基金资助的论文质量一定高于无基金资助的论文,甚至部分学科中无基金资助的论文质量更高;基金资助级别越高,优质论文的数量越多,但不同级别基金资助论文质量的差异并不显著。这要求科研管理的政策和手段作出相应调整。%Based on the peer-review data on the dissertations reprinted by ＂Replicated Journals＂ in 2010, this paper mainly uses the test of significance for mean value difference to discuss the influence of the fund aid on the quality of the dissertations of va- rious disciplines of humanities ＆ social sciences. The results indicate that the influence of the fund aid on the quality of the empiri- cal dissertations is greater than on the quality of the argumentative dissertations. The quality of dissertations with fund aid is not nec- essarily higher than that of the dissertations without fund aid, sometimes the quality of the dissertations without the fund aid in some disciplines is higher. The higher the grade of the fund aid is, the greater the number of the high quality dissertations is, however the difference of the qualities of dissertations aided by different grades of fund is not notable, which requires appropriate adjustment of the policies and measures for scientific research management.
