文章以电子邮件为对象,基于双重进入许可方式,构建了一个电子政务个性化信息服务模型。在此基础之上,本文深入分析了电子政务个性化信息服务中的用户建模和个性化推荐,并对电子政务个性化信息服务的两个关键问题:公众信息分类和邮件阅读率追踪与获取进行了进一步研究。%Taking email as the object, this paper constructs a model of personalized e-government information service based on double opt-in. Then, the paper gives an in-depth analysis of the user modeling and personalized recommendation in personalized e- government information service. Finally, the paper makes a further study of the 2 key issues in personalized e-government information service: the public information classification, and the pursuit and acquisition of email reading rate.
