基于知识协同的图书馆知识管理模式构建

文章以知识协同为切入点,分析图书馆知识管理引入知识协同的必要性和可行性,介绍协同条件下图书馆知识管理的基础条件和制度保障,构建基于知识协同的图书馆知识管理模式,并对模式的运行和优化进行了探讨。%Starting with knowledge coordination, this article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing knowledge coordination into library knowledge management. The article describes the basic conditions and system guarantee for library knowledge managcment in the coordinative conditions, constructs the model of library knowledge management based on knowledge coordination, and discusses the operation and optimization of the model.
