基于招聘网站的信息管理职业知识技能需求调查

摘要

Based on the analysis of the demand for the primary knowledge and skill by information management profession,this article carries out a random sample survey of the enterprise employment information on the 51job.com website.The article makes a detailed analysis from 3 aspects separately,that is,the general knowledge and skill demand,the knowledge and skill demand of enterprises of different nature,and the knowledge and skill demand at different economic development levels.The results show that either the enterprises of different nature or the enterprises at different economic development levels have the nearly identical expectations about information management specialty.The main professional knowledge and skill demand is information analysis（including intelligence analysis）,information system development and management,management statistics and enterprise system knowledge.%在信息管理职业的基本知识技能需求分析基础上,采用随机方式对51job.com网站的企业招聘信息进行抽样调查,分别从总体知识技能需求、不同性质企业的知识技能需求和不同经济发展水平的知识技能需求3个方面进行详细分析。结果表明：无论是不同性质的企业还是不同经济发展水平的企业,它们对信息管理专业的总体预期都趋于一致,主要的职业知识技能需求是信息分析（含情报分析）、信息系统开发与管理、管理统计和企业系统知识。
