信息资源共享平台组织体系与管理规范探究

摘要

This article firstly describes the general situation of the organizational systems and management criteria of the information resources sharing platforms at home and abroad.Then,it discusses the organizational systems of the platforms,that is,the architectures of regarding the management committees as the core,being supported by the fund committees,and guided by the expert committees.Finally,the article proposes to establish 5 major management criteria,that is,resources sharing and performance evaluation criteria,construction project management criteria and construction sub-project management criteria,cost and funds management criteria,data quality management criteria,and member library management criteria.%首先介绍国内外信息资源共享平台组织体系和管理规范概况。论述了平台组织体系,即以管理委员会为核心、基金委员会支持、专家委员会指导的体系结构。最后提出需确立5个主要管理规范,即资源共享绩效评估规范、建设项目管理规范和建设子项目管理规范、成本和经费管理规范、数据质量管理规范、成员馆管理规范。
