突发灾害情况下虚拟社区信息沟通与交流研究

         

摘要

The theory of Weighted Small-world,which develops rapidly in foreign countries in recent years,has been introduced into the description and analysis of the network to discuss the utilization of the characteristic relationship length and the clustering coefficient of the community members to represent the rationality of information diffusion frequency and concentration in communities of practice.The paper thinks that information exchange frequency and concentration should be kept as a small-world form so as to provide a theoretical guidance for the construction of a good communication mechanism in disaster emergencies within the whole or local range,and for the further study of the disaster information communication and exchange methods in virtual communities.%文章引入虚拟社区信息交流网络,在对该网络的描述与分析中又引入了近年来国外发展很快的加权小世界理论,探讨用社区成员的特征关系长度和聚类系数来表征实践社区的信息扩散频率、集中度问题的合理性,认为信息交流频率和集中度应该保持为小世界的形态,为在全局和局部范围内创建良好灾害应急信息沟通机制,并进一步研究虚拟社区灾害信息沟通与交流方式提供了理论指导。
