浅析煤炭企业信息化建设的管控与实施

摘要

分析了煤炭企业信息化的现状,以中平能化集团有限责任公司的实践为例,阐述了煤炭企业信息化建设的重点和实施策略,即建设企业信息高速公路、数据存储利用中心、安全生产管控应用系统群、经营管理应用系统群、协同办公应用系统群、高集成度ERP平台等.实践表明,建设煤炭企业信息化可有效提高企业管理水平、办公效率和经济效益.%The paper analyzed current status of informatization of coal enterprises, and expounded keys and implementation strategies of imformatization construction of coal enterprises by taking practice of Zhongping Energy Chemical Group Co., Ltd. As an example, namely constructing enterprise information highway, data storage and usage center, application system groups of safety production management control, operation management and cooperative working, and high integrated ERP platform. The application showed that informatization construction of coal enterprise is good for improvement of management level, working efficiency and economical benefit of coal enterprise.
