瓦斯抽放管路系统的设计及其设备的配套选型

         

摘要

Taking practice of building gas drainage system at a high gassy mine as example, the paper introduced design of gas drainage pipeline system in gas drainage system, namely design of laying line of pipeline, selection of gas-suction diameter and calculation of pipeline resistance, and gave selection design of gas-suction pump according to calculating result of pipeline resistance and selection principle of gassuction pump. The actual application showed that the coal mine has not appeared phenomenon of disallowed gas concentration with 46% gas-suction rate after using the gas drainage system.%以某高瓦斯矿井建立瓦斯抽放系统的实践为例,介绍了瓦斯抽放系统中瓦斯抽放管路系统的设计,即管路敷设路线的设计、瓦斯抽放管径的选择、管路阻力的计算;并根据管路阻力的计算结果及瓦斯抽放泵的选型原则,给出了瓦斯抽放泵的选型设计.实际应用表明,该矿采用瓦斯抽放系统后未出现瓦斯超限现象,瓦斯抽放率达到46%.
