热水解对污泥厌氧消化可降解性的影响及其机理探究

         

摘要

This paper has explored the effect of thermal hydrolysis pretreatment on anaerobic digestion of waste activa-ted sludge(WAS). The results show that,the optimum temperature for thermal hydrolysis is 170 ℃,the thermal hy-drolysis pretreatment can promote the production of methane from WAS anaerobic digestion,and its production is 2 561 mL,1.5 times of the raw sludge test group. In addition,the thermal hydrolysis pretreatment can promote the accumula-tion of volatile fatty acids and the reduction of volatile suspended solids(VSS)and the maximum reduction rate of VSS is 34%. The thermal hydrolysis promotes the activity of key enzymes associated with methane generation. The microbial community structure analysis shows that the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Actinobacteria is 35.6% and 3.9% respectively.%本文探究了热水解预处理对剩余污泥(WAS)厌氧消化性能的影响.结果表明170℃是热水解的最佳温度,热水解预处理能够促进污泥厌氧消化产甲烷2561 mL,是原污泥实验组的1.5倍.此外,热水解预处理能够促进挥发性脂肪酸的积累和挥发性悬浮固体的减量化,挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)的最大减量率为34%.热水解促进与甲烷有关关键酶的活性.微生物群落结构分析表明热水解促进Firmicutes和Actinobac-teria的相对丰度,其相对丰度分别为35.6%和3.9%.
