本文综合计算机技术、自动控制技术、传感器技术和液压技术提出并研制了高度自动化、高效率、高精度和高可靠性的SH3281高压泵和转向泵综合试验台,同一试验台上可以测试流量相差较大的SH3281高压泵和转向泵;并提出和实现了一种压差极小的油泵替代负荷机构。%This paper describes the development of an integrated test jig for testing the SH3281 high-pressure pump and turning pump.It is high-automatic,high-efficiency,high-accuracy and high-reliable.Different kinds of pump can be tested on this jig.The paper also recommends a kind of oil pump with minor pressure difference to substitute a burden machine.
