钢丝绳探伤的信号检测及处理电路

摘要

本文介绍了钢丝绳断面和断丝电磁探伤信号处理方法及其相应的处理电路，所介绍的处理方法及其电路已用于实际检测中。实验结果表明，其方法稳定可靠，精度高，准确性好，可用于全数字化检测仪的设计中。%This paper describes a signal detecting method and a corresponding processing circuit for inspecting steel-wire ropes,which have been used in practical tests.The experimental results show that this method is stable,reliable and high-accuracy,and can be introduced into the design of a full-digitized tester.
