DCS在柠檬酸发酵过程控制中的应用

摘要

This paper presents the design of a computer distributed control system applicable to a citric-acid fermentation process based on the China-made IPC ＆ I/O modules, and gives an account of the configuration of its hardware and software and functions. The optimized control methods are put forward for the parameters of such a fermentation.%基于国产IPC和I/O模板设计了柠檬酸发酵过程微机分布式控制系统，本文介绍了该系统的软硬件结构与功能，提出了发酵过程参数的优化控制方法。
