In light of the large-size slab CCM of an iron & steel plant,this article describes the functions of a brand new EIC(electrical instrumentation & computer) control system on the basis of the introduced secondhand slab continuous casting equipment.%本文结合某钢厂大型板坯连铸机的设计，重点叙述了在引进“二手”板坯连铸设备的基础上，配置全新“三电”控制系统的功能。
