基于AFT模型的化工装备管理系统预警设计

         

摘要

In recent years some large petrochemical companies in our country have had catastrophes frequently, which have resulted in a significant loss for both the country and the company itself. To avoid the occurrence of the catastrophes, the best way is to design and apply the corresponding preventive a-larming system in the large control and equipment management systems. In the alarming system, the designer will need to make scientific and accurate quantitative evaluation to the status of the complex system based on many qualitative and quantitative specifications associated with the system. The quantitative e-valuation algorithm for the complex system put forward in this report is a synthesize of multiple models such as layered analysis method, fuzzy synthesize assessment method, and T standard scores calculation, etc. It is an algorithm for the evaluation of the complex system which is composed of some qualitative and quantitative evaluation specifications. Then the preventive alarming will be processed based on the results of the evaluation.%近年来我国的一些大型石化企业灾难频发,给国家和企业造成了很大的损失.避免灾难性事故发生的最好办法是在大型控制与装备管理系统中设计相应的预警系统.在预警系统中要根据系统相关的很多定性和定量指标对系统目前状况做出科学准确的定量评价.该文提出的预警算法是一种将层次分析法、模糊综合评判和T标准分计算等多种模型有机结合起来,可以对一些由定性和定量预警系统组成的复杂系统进行评价的算法,根据评价结果及时进行预警处理.
