针对某钢铁公司的1422热轧产品的工艺特性,结合其工艺流程,给出了优化控制方案,以西门子S7 -400 PLC为核心实现了系统的硬件配置,以Step7 V5.2软件为开发环境完成系统的用户程序开发.系统在现场得到成功应用.结果表明,该系统结构合理,功能完善,性能稳定可靠,控制精度高,效果良好,具有较好的经济价值.%According to the characteristics of the hot-rolled steel products - 1422 in an Iron and Steel Company, combined with the product process, this paper gives the optimal control plan. Taking Siemens S7 - 400 programmable controller as the core, it has achieved the system' s hardware configuration, with Step7 V5. 2 software being development environment, developed the user program. System has been successfully applied in the field, and the results show that the system is reasonable, comprehensive, stable and reliable performance, high control precision, good effect, has a kind of better economic value.
