基于MCGS的井控装置试压监控系统的设计

         

摘要

After using period of time, it is necessary to do some maintenance and pressure tests for the well control devices in order to ensure their safety. In the past, artificial pressure test is a main method in this domain, which is poor safety, low accuracy, and which can not draw a persuasive conclusion. So by using this method credibility is not high. In view of this situation, this paper designs a set of well control device pressure test monitor and control system. During the design, USB7325A is a main hardware device and MCGS configuration software is development platform. This system can realize acquisition and display of pressures , auto control of pumps and automaticlly save the data and print the reports. This system has already been running in oil field and achieving good results in practical operation. It avoids the shortcoming of artificial pressure test and improves the accuracy and credibility of the result. And it also can ensure work safety and improve the automatic level in the oil field.%井控装置在使用一段时间后需要进行检修和耐压检测(试压),以保证其安全性.以往的人工试压方式安全性差,精度低,无法得到具有说服力的结论,可信度不高.针对这种情况,采用USB7325A为主要硬件设备,MCGS组态软件为开发平台,设计了一套井控装置试压监控系统,实现了压力的采集与显示,泵的控制,数据的保存,报表的打印等功能.该系统目前已在油田现场使用,运行效果良好,克服了人工试压方式的弊端;提高了试压结果的准确度和可信度;保证了油田的安全生产;提高了现场的自动化水平.
