CPU315 -2DP of S7 -300 is used to designed a level fuzzy controller for single-capacity water tanks which has overcome the reliance the on precise math model of the traditional PID control. The intelligent control is achieved directly by querying the pre-calculated fuzzy control table. Supervising the level running pages is achieved by connecting and setting-up parameters in WinCC. The experiment results show that the control system functions reliably and effectively, and its robustness is better than the one of the traditional PID control.%采用S7-300的CPU315-2DP设计了一个单容水箱的液位模糊控制器,该模糊控制器克服了传统PID控制对被控对象精确数学模型的依赖.通过查询预先计算出的模糊控制量表直接实现智能控制.通过在WinCC中的参数连接与设置,实现液位运行画面的监测.实验结果表明该控制系统运行可靠有效,其鲁棒性明显优于传统的PID控制方法.
