A virtual instrument based controlling system was designed for hydraulic assistant braking testing platform that made use of hydraulic transmission and hydraulic hybrid technologies. By using Lab-VIEW graphizcal programming environment, the system could not only achieve in gathering and analyzing signal of sensor, but also autocontrol electromagnetic executive equipment. The system has got a good verification in the lab.%应用PXI系统和LabVIEW软件搭建了静动液辅助制动实验台测控系统.该系统能够对转速、转矩、压力、温度等多路传感器信号进行数据采集、处理、显示与记录,并实现对电磁离合器、电磁阀、变量柱塞泵等强电设备的自动控制.设计了基于逻辑门限的系统控制策略,将系统运行状态限制在安全工作范围内,并在控制系统加入了手动控制项,提高了测试系统的使用灵活性.运行结果表明,该系统操作简便、安全可靠,能够满足多种工况模拟实验的测控要求.
