渭化尿素装置控制系统改造

摘要

Weihe coal chemical urea plant control system is using Japan Yokogawa CENTUM - XL system and Japan YASKAWA U84 PLC,put into operation in 1995. As the system has exceeded the design life, ihe control system's failure rate is rising. Taking into account the increase in maintenance costs and the difficulty of maintaining,in April 2009,DCS and PLC upgrades and transform to solve the problem for stable operation and maintenance of the system. After the transformation, system operation is more stable, maintenance difficulty and maintenance costs are significantly reduced. This paper describes the composition of the urea control system, the transformation program of the control system, system configuration.%渭河煤化工主装置控制系统是1995年调试并投入运行的,控制部分采用日本横河公司的CENTUM-XL系统,联锁控制部分采用日本安川的U84 PLC系统,10多年来,这些系统运行平稳.但近几年DCS的故障率在不断升高,卡件更换增加.由于该系统已经超过设计使用寿命,考虑到维护成本以及维护难度,在2009年4月对DCS和PLC进行了升级或改造.该文介绍尿素控制系统的组成,控制系统的改造方案、系统配置以及实施情况.
