铁合金电炉自动化配料控制系统的设计与应用

以铁合金电炉配料系统决定冶炼产品质量为依据,设计出基于S7-200 PLC和变频调速技术的自动化配料控制系统.综述了自动化配料的工艺流程,阐明控制系统的构成和控制功能,重点探讨了控制系统的设计思想和监控界面的设计过程.运行结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,配料精确,取得满意的使用效果,实现了节能增效.%Ferroalloy furnace ingredients in the system to determine product quality as the basis for smelting, designed based on S7 - 200 PLC and frequency conversion technology automation control system of the ingredients.
