This paper describes the development of port city road sign management system , presents the semantic technology development status and its application in the intelligent traffic .Based on the port city road management information system's requirements , research and analysis of road sign management system design is given , system integration technology is illustrated the based on LarKC semantic platform .%阐述了开发港口城市道路交通标记管理系统的必要性，介绍了语义技术的发展现状及其应用于智能交通的优越性；针对海港城市道路管理信息系统的建设要求，研究分析道路交通标记管理系统的设计要点，说明了基于LarKC语义平台的系统集成技术方案。
