基于分布式网络控制的太阳能跟踪系统设计与开发

         

摘要

Aimed to the use of demand of solar tracker for large and medium -sized photovoltaic power plants , according to the distributed network control technology , designed distributed control system based on Ethernet and OPC integrated ,which accomplished control and monitoring of the field device lay-er of network server field by means of the mapping of client and OPC server and PLC three data access ar -ea.The result showed that the distributed network control technology can effectively overcome the disad -vantages of low -level and high cost of automation , information, intelligent about the existing solar tracking system in the use of photovoltaic power plant .Improved the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the plurality of solar cell array , reduced hardware investment costs and operating costs of the tracking sys-tem.It is significant to promote the scale application of solar tracking system .%针对目前大中型光伏电厂对太阳能跟踪系统使用要求,设计了基于以太网和OPC集成的分布式控制系统,通过客户端、OPC服务器和PLC三者数据存取区的映射,实现了网络服务器对现场设备层的控制和监视。结果表明,分布式网络控制技术可有效克服现有太阳能跟踪系统在光伏电厂使用中的自动化、信息化、智能化水平低,成本高等缺陷,提高了多个太阳能电池阵列的光电转换效率,降低了跟踪系统硬件投资成本和运营成本,对促进太阳能跟踪系统的规模应用有重要意义。
