基于PLC的交通信号灯控制系统创新实验平台的设计与实现

         

摘要

A design of traffic light system innovative experimental platform which based on Siemens S7 -200 PLC was presented in this paper. This experimental platform is used in PLC innovation experiment course in colleges and universities. The design idea and realization method were introduced respectively from several aspects, design strategy of the control system, PLC model selection, port planning, working process, ladder diagram design and overall program debugging. By using the experiment platform, the students' innovation ability was cultivated and it helps them to form the overall scheme design ideas.%针对高职院校相关专业的PLC创新实验课程要求,提出了一种基于西门子S7-200型PLC的交通信号灯控制系统实验平台的设计方案.分别从控制系统控制策略、PLC选型、端口规划、工作流程、梯形图实现以及整体程序综合调试等方面详尽介绍了该创新实验平台的设计思路和实现方法.学生通过基于该平台的模拟调试,达到了培养学生创新能力和形成整体方案设计思路的目的.
