面向营养餐生产链的嵌入式智能数据采集终端设计

         

摘要

A proposed intelligent data acquisition terminal is presented to improve student nutrition meal’ s safety and quality ,which could monitor each critical point of the whole nutrition meal production chain’s on line.ARM S3C6410 processor was chosen as the core of the hardware structure , which could be extended by all kinds of interface .The terminal could collect all kinds of status information of the crit-ical point on the food processing line , such as producing scene information , the humiture information of raw and semi-finished food materials .The necessary function of the terminal ’ s software was realized by using the ARM-Linux embedded technology .The measurement results indicate that the terminal is sim-ple in structure;that the terminal ’ s hardware and software could be reconfigurated according to modules;that the all of the process information could be collected ,displayed and stored on line .The application of this terminal will establish a good foundation for tracing the process of nutrition meal production chain and ensuring the safety of nutritional meals .%为提高学生营养餐生产的安全性和质量,设计了一种可全程实时监控营养餐生产链各环节的嵌入式智能数据采集终端。终端的硬件采用S3 C6410微处理器通过各种接口扩展智能模块,采集生产现场场景信息、食品原料及半成品的温湿度信息以及食品加工过程信息等各重要节点的信息;终端用户软件在硬件平台基础上采用ARM-Linux嵌入式软件技术实现所需功能。测试结果表明,采集终端结构简单,软硬件可进行模块化组态,实现了所需各种信息的实时采集,实时显示,实时存储和定时上传;终端的应用为营养餐生产链的智能化监控以及最终实现营养餐食品安全追溯奠定了良好基础。
