燃机SFC切换控制盘的设计及工程应用

摘要

燃机SFC切换控制盘用于燃机发电站内多台SFC配合多台发电机组的启动过程。 SFC和发电机组的连接关系通过切换开关柜控制,PLC 切换控制盘柜可实现切换开关柜电气回路上的闭锁功能并选通相应的通信回路。该文介绍了一种基于PLC的切换控制盘设计方法及其相关工程应用,通过应用Profibus总线通信和柜内、柜间冗余的工作方式,在满足可靠性的基础上提升了机组的信息交互能力。%SFC switch panel is used for SFCs and gas turbines select and switch in normal turbine start process. SFCs and gas turbines is connected by disconnector cabinet, the SFC switch panel has an interface to disconnectors and provides the interlock of them. This paper introduced a SFC switch panel design method based on PLC and its engineering application. By the use of Profibus fieldbus and redun-dancy design both inside panel and outside panel, the gas turbine start system enhance the information in-teraction ability and still meet the reliability standard.
