变频器程序控制在鼓风机行程调速中的实现

         

摘要

According to the requirements of temperature, humidity of the textile workshop of textile factory, workshop air blower operation were analyzed. The annual seasonal divided into high temperature and middle low temperature period, and every day during the period of high temperature and middle low temperature according to different time periods design the operating frequency of the frequency converter, so as to control the fan speed to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature and humidity of the workshop. In this paper, the main circuit and control circuit after technological transformation is de-signed, and inverter parameter is set, and has carried on the comparison of the power consumption before and after the technical transformation. The actual operation the effect is good.%根据纺织厂对纺织车间温度、湿度的要求,对车间鼓风机运行规律进行分析,将全年按季节分为高温期和中低温期;又将高温期和中低温期的每天按不同时段设计了变频器的运行频率,从而控制鼓风机的速度以达到控制车间温度、湿度的目的。该文设计了技术改造后的主电路和控制电路,设置了变频器的参数,并将技术改造前后的耗电量进行了对比。经过实际运行效果良好。
