The density control of fluidized bed coarse slime separator almost adopts conventional PID, and the bad effect leads to unstable quality of the clean coal and other issues. To solve such prob-lem, the bed density control method of fluidized bed separator based on fuzzy-PID controller is presen-ted in this paper to achieve automatic adjustment of three parameter Kp, Ki, Kd. By emulation and exper-imental comparison, fuzzy self-adaptive PID gives better results than conventional PID, and better to a-dapt to change of operation conditions.%流化床粗煤泥分选机的干扰床层的密度控制多采用常规PID控制,存在控制效果差,精煤质量不稳定等问题。为了解决这一问题,该文提出基于模糊自适应PID的流化床粗煤泥分选机的床层密度控制方法,实现对PID参数K p、K i、K d的自动调整。通过仿真实验比较,所提出的模糊自适应PID控制方法比常规PID控制方法控制效果好,更能适应工况变化。
