烟气脱硫控制系统的设计及应用

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the process of flue gas desulfurization system, according to the characteristics and control requirements of the system, in this paper, upper and lower two-layer network system is established using Profibus fieldbus and industrial Ethenet technology, and a flue gas desulfu-rization system based on PLC soft redundancy is designed and developed. For good desulfurization effect, the adjusting process of pH value of limestone slurry adopts the feed-forward cascade PID control meth-od, which effectively solves the problems of lag response and poor adaptation. Practices has proved that this system is stable and available, with good effect of energy saving.%通过分析烟气脱硫系统工艺流程,根据系统的特点和控制要求,利用Profibus现场总线和工业以太网技术构建了上下两层网络架构体系,设计开发了一种基于PLC软冗余技术的烟气脱硫控制系统.为了取得良好脱硫效果,石灰石浆液pH值的调节过程采用串级加前馈的PID控制方式,有效解决了回路响应滞后、适应性差的问题.实践证明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和实用性,达到节能减排的效果.
