磁力泵故障检测及监测系统设计

摘要

该文设计了一套磁力泵的现场检测和监测系统,实时显示磁力泵的运行状态,监测磁力泵的温度、压力、流量等主要指标,通过PLC和工业组态软件进行数据采集、故障记录和预报,同时利用网络摄像头监测磁力泵的现场运行画面,使得整个系统可联入工厂自动化监控网络,使人远离有害物质区域,保障磁力泵使用现场的财产和生命安全.%In this paper, a set of detection and monitoring system for magnetic pump is designed.For this system the running state of the magnetic pump is displayed in real time, and temperature, pressure, flow and other key indicators are monitored.Data acquisition, fault record and forecast are realized by PLC and industrial configuration software.And on-site operation of magnetic pump can be linked to factory automation monitoring network, which prevent people from harmful substances, and protect property and life safety.
