基于故障树的数字化井场监控系统可靠性分析

         

摘要

为提高油田数字化井场监控系统的可靠性,该文采用故障树分析法,分析该系统的构成与影响系统可靠性的因素,构建故障树分析模型,通过定性分析,确定该系统的最小割集为27组,说明共有27种途径可导致系统故障,通过定量计算,得出各个故障因素的结构重要度,计算出该系统的故障概率为2.162×10-4.经验证明,基于故障树的可靠性分析法可有效提高数字化井场监控系统的可靠性,为改进完善数字化与智慧化油田监控系统提供了理论依据.%To improve the reliability of oilfield digital well site monitoring system,in this paper the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)is used for analyzing the system structure and the factors that affect the system reliability by constructing model. There are 27 groups of minimal cutsets through qualitative analysis,and indicate that totally 27 kinds of ways can lead to system failure. It is concluded that the structure impor-tance of fault factors then through quantitative calculation of the model,and then the probability is 2. 162 × 10 - 4 of the system failure was calculated. It is verified that the reliability analysis based on fault tree a-nalysis can effectively improve the reliability of the digital wellsite monitoring system,and provide a theo-retical basis for improving the digital and intelligent oilfield monitoring system.
